Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you place your order.
1) Orders will only be process and send to merchant upon full payment.
2) No cancellation or refund is allowed after order has been send to the merchant. However, if payment has been made but order has not sent to merchant yet, full refund will be entitled with minimal processing fee - $1. This amount will be deducted before payment is transfer back to your account.
3) Full refund will only be made when the items you ordered are out of stock. No processing fee.
4) All purchases made are not refundable or ex-changeable.
5) Collection of the goods will be at the place to my convenience. Please state in the Order Form, where you would like to collect the items upon arrival.
6) Depending on the weight of your goods, there will be a refund OR extra charge for the shipping cost. If there are extra charges, you are required to make the payment before your order can be deliver to you. For more info, please refer to Payment & Shipment

Payment Method to Supplier : TT
I will be making payment to seller via remittance since PG Mall do not accept online payment. There will be a remittance charges of SGD 10, this amount will need to be share among the spree-ers. Please take note of this!
8)Items might take 1 month till 2 months upon order sent to arrive.
Please do not order if you need the items urgently.
9) I reserved the rights to make changes to this ‘Terms & Conditions’ at any point of time when deem necessary.
IMPORTANT: While all necessary steps have been taken to ensure the correctness of your order, I shall not be liable for any mistakes or mishaps happened to the goods in the course of processing and delivery which are out of my control. Example: merchant ships the wrong item, defects on the goods, shipment lost from Taiwan to SG, delay in shipment, etc.
If you do not agree or feel comfortable in any of the above stated terms & conditions, please do not submit your orders.
